June 1st, 2010: Sophia Harlow

I knew the moment he kissed me that he was the one. Which is pretty impressive, considering he kissed me before he ever uttered a word to me in person.

An hour later he slipped a ring on my finger and asked me to be his wife. Six days later, we both promised before God and family to love and honor each other for the rest of our days.

It has been three years today since we made our vows. The road has been full of more life, love, heartache, happiness, experiences than words allowed for this blog.

He taught this city girl to love nature, accept that I can’t always be perfect, and how to set up a tent. I showed him how amazing it can be to let life just happen, to color outside the lines and that jelly beans can solve just about any life problem.

Oh, and unconditional love…we both showed each other that one.

Sophia Harlow is a thirty something loving and currently living in the Pac NW with her three very loved pugs, married to a man she met in Second Life who can do just about anything, and working in the publishing world.  She is a born and raised NYC\NJ girl who lived in So Cal for most of her life, has two degrees that she doesn’t use but is hopeful. She is currently on an extended SL break but is who knows what the near future will bring. Sophia has had more plurk accounts than any four people and never makes promises that she will keep one without deleting. She loves the Red Hot Chili Peppers, pear jelly beans, lip gloss and making out with her husband. She hates Green Day, white condiments and spilling anything on herself.
